Transgender ID Change in Montana

Montana State ID Change

Transgender ID change: How to change your driver's license, id cards and birth certificate in the U.S.To change the gender marker requires an applicant must provide a physician’s letter stating that the applicant is in active treatment. Upon renewal, follow-up documentation is needed “to see that transition has been completed.”

Applications for name change must be supported by a certified copy of one of the following documents:

  • a marriage certificate from the issuing government jurisdiction
  • a decree or judgment granting a name change from a court of competent jurisdiction
  • a divorce decree or dissolution of marriage specifying a change of name
  • a U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service, certificate of naturalization (form N-550, N-570) issued to the applicant
  • a declaration of marriage filed with the district court clerk where the declaration was made

Upon payment of the required fees and providing proof of name change documentation, an applicant may also apply for a duplicate driver’s license in the legally changed name. The current fee for a duplicate card is $10 for a driver’s license and $8 for an identification card.

You will need an original letter from your SRS surgeon and an original or certified copy of the court order for your name change.

Why should I support montana transjender people when most of the time out here I can’t be my self and in eureka montana people call gay or bi ir trans people that are on ssi or ssdi pedos when they just want to be there selfs I watch a person get a gun pulled on him at a public lake in 2022or 2023 at celfi lake and the guy that did it tryed to ask me if I was in to kids because i was wearing pink like tgere is no laws out here that help me or anyone out shoot I’ve was asked by my moms friend to hang out with her kids so they did not hurt them selfs and she tryed to call me a pedo because i was telling one of the kids I was watching to sit on some cement because he was throwing rocks at me and who side do you think she took not mine the kids side and then before that I tryed to help my mom’s other friend out that called me a friend she tryed to say I tryed to touch her daughter but I went to her house to watch her kids so she could go to work I bought them food and helped clean her house and after I left she said that to my best friend I met my self that I tryed to touch her daughter a week later he’s then tryed to get another friend of mine thrown in jail saying that he raped her after when they were dating this is why I hate montana 100% shoot I have also had to deal with people saying I’m not disabled in store when I was walking with a cane that is proscribed to me for my legs im about to take this information to the new station in eureka montana and get people fired from there jobs the first person I was talking about that tryed to say I was a pedo is Summer Wilson and the other is justice Myers I’m 35 I have no liking to f***ing kids after her or any girls in montana I’ve been single for 9 years and spend most of my life in eureka montana in my room because of how people treat others out here and im going to move after my mom passes no f***’s given at all I would rather be homeless then have to deal with the people in eureka montana 100%

Hi my name is Joshua I live in Eureka montana and I’m trying to find laws and proof that I can dress in wemon or men’s clothing without being disseminated on for the way I am and I’ve have had to deal with dissemination my one of my nabers two times and im also disabled is there any law about people that disseminate about people’s life style?
